We will be happy to look at your unit and give you an estimate at no cost.
We are unable to do a "call tag" for the return of your unit. You will have to pay the costs to ship it to us.
If it is later determined that a unit repair is covered under warranty, we will credit you for your expense to send the unit in to us.
Units being sent in for repair should be sent to the proper location for prompt attenion. (see below)
Luminaud manufactured or authorized units will come to us.
Other manufacturer's units will need to go to their authorized repair centers.
Please make sure that the unit is well wrapped and padded, and make sure to Insure the package.
We will not be responsible for damages that occur in shipping before the unit arrives to us.
Please put a note in the box, stating the problem that you are having with the unit,
as well as your Name, Address, and Phone number.
Please send your unit to the proper location, according to the list below.
Make sure to call ahead before shipping. Some companies may require a "Return Authorization" before shipping
