by a wheel type control.  Often gets a full day of operation from one
overnight charge.  Can be charged with the battery still inside the unit
which can help people with dexterity problems, so the battery does not
have to be taken in and out each day.  The dual charger allows you to
charge one battery in the unit and one spare battery at the same time.
