Artifcial Larynges, Voice Amplifiers and electronic equipment
All artificial larynges, voice amplifiers and equipment have a warranty.
Since several of our products are from different manufacturers, each unit and brand has it's own warranty.
Please read the warranty information for each unit on its individual page.
These are NOT service contracts and do not cover damage from moisture, accident, misuse or abuse.
Warrenties do not cover routine replacements of batteries, cords, tubes, windscreens etc.
All units that are under warranty or in need of repairs, should be sent in to us or another manufacturer
as per our Repair Information page.
Supplies, Tracheostoma products and Small items
These items do not have a specific warranty or guaranty of any certain lifetime. Each of these items will last a different amount of time,
determined by the type of product, amount of use or time of use.
If you feel that any product did not arrive in proper working order or is defective, please let us know right away
and send the product back to us for evaluation and if deemed defective, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
